About Us

Felicia Pasquale has been a practicing Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through NTA, Nutritional Therapy Associates, since 2011.  She became a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania in 2018.  Most recently, she became Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition through NANP, National Association of Nutritional Professionals in March of 2019.

Her passion for nutrition originates from a life long state of illness which started when she was diagnosed with pneumonia at 10 days old.  The doctors gave her antibiotics, which saved her life initially, but would lead to one illness after the other.  As a child and adult, she struggled with severe allergies and asthma, among many other health related issues. Through increased degeneration of her body over the years, because of these unresolved health issues, she eventually was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia.

After 40 years of illness, she finally found health & wellness through nutritional therapy techniques, such as food and lifestyle changes, as well as nutritional supplement protocols devised through muscle testing - which saved her life! She no longer has allergies, asthma, chronic fatigue syndrome or fibromyalgia.

This revelation not only saved her life, but lead her to resign from her employment as a teacher and focus on nutrition; health and wellness, so that she could help others get their lives back and be their best healthy self!

Felicia has successfully helped clients achieve their health goals with personalized protocols formulated through muscle testing, nutritional therapy and many years’ experience helping hundreds of clients with common, complicated, unique and unexplained health issues.

Her ultimate goal and passion is to help clients become the best healthy version of themselves and everything that comes with it, through a wonderful process called, Healthy Life Transformations!

Sasha Vassallo graduated from the College of William & Mary with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Health Sciences with a concentration in Human Nutrition, and a minor in Environmental Science & Policy. She will be transitioning from a Clinician Assistant to an Associate Nutritional Clinician and a Nutrition Coach here at Healthy Life Transformations, and will be open for both nutrition and coaching appointments. She is beyond excited to help clients navigate towards optimal health and wellbeing!

She is deeply passionate about holistic nutrition and dedicated to encouraging wellness in all spaces of her and other’s lives. Her lifelong interest in nutrition was fostered by her parents’ devotion to providing homecooked, organic meals throughout her childhood. She decided to pursue a degree in Human Nutrition with an accompanying minor in Environmental Science & Policy because she was curious about the connection between the health of the planet and that of the human population. Her devotion to holistic nutrition naturally grew as she drew connections between soil health and nutrient density, and how those factors impact human health and nutrition. She is interested in the importance of food from the ground up.

She expands her knowledge and understanding of human nutrition by continually researching, writing, and reading. Apart from this, she loves to spend time cooking, practicing yoga, and going for walks in nature.
