Our nutritional services include a complete nutritional assessment using muscle testing and nutritional therapy techniques.
Muscle testing determines the root cause of health issues/symptoms, what is actually stressing the body, whether it be pathogens, chemicals, heavy metals or emotional. Individual protocols are then formulated using quality whole-food and herbal supplements that are introduced precisely as the body needs them.
Almost like having a combination to a lock, muscle testing facilitates using supplements in a certain order, at the precise time, allowing the body to open its “lock” and function much more efficiently, to ultimately relieve symptoms and root issues causing dysfunction.
Quality whole food and herbal supplements provide the body with the tools it needs to become self-regulating, reaching a state of balance, homeostasis. Protocols are changed periodically in response to the body’s specific needs. Other modalities such as massage therapy, infrared sauna, essential oils, acupuncture and chiropractic care are encouraged periodically to encourage overall optimal body function and harmony.
